Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers to secure freight for transportation.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the transportation process from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Utilize industry knowledge and market data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions and communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both shippers and carriers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Freight Broker or similar role in the transportation industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction.
