CARRIER FAQ
CTS requires the following:
- Valid MC or US DOT number
- Minimum $1 million auto liability insurance
- Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance policy
- Reefer Breakdown on insurance certificate (if applicable)
- Completed online Carrier Contract*
We're working on a live truck board that will display all of our available orders. We're committed to building strong relationships with our carriers, so we keep a record of those who've run specific lanes for us in the past. When those lanes become available again, we make sure to reach out to them first. We value our carriers and want to make sure they have the best experience possible with us!
When you set up on RMIS, you'll have three different choices to pick from, including Factoring, Check Pay, and Quick Pay.
Factored carriers can have the factoring company bill the company directly, while Check Pay carriers can bill the company directly. Both Check Pay and Factored carriers can choose to be paid via ACH or check. With Quick Pay, carriers can send their invoice/POD directly to the sales rep who booked the order, and QuickPays carry a 2% fee for the total line haul plus $15 per $1000 sent via money code.
And that's not all - we also offer fuel advances for carriers who have hauled at least one order for CTS. With fuel advances, carriers can receive up to 40% of their total pay while in transit, and just like QuickPays, they carry the same fees. We love taking care of our carriers, so choose the payment option that works best for you and let's get to work!
