Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Assist in negotiating rates and contracts with carriers to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and track freight movement to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Utilize industry knowledge and market data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both shippers and carriers.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with transportation management software is a plus.
